We're the Makris family. We grow pistachios in Avlonas, Attica, and now we'd love to share them with you.
The pistachios in your bag come from our own trees. Simple as that.

Who we are
A family of pistachio growers.
Makris is a family pistachio producer based in Avlonas, Attica. The name on every pouch is our family name, and the pistachios inside are from our trees.

Growing
Makris started with agricultural production. We grew pistachios and sold them as producers.

Then we had an idea: why not bring them straight to you?

That's how Makris Pistachios was born: in a resealable kraft pouch, from our trees to your table.
From the grove
Where every crunchy handful begins.
Our pistachio trees grow in Avlonas, in north-eastern Attica, north of Athens. Each year we follow the crop through the season and harvest it when it reaches maturity.
After the harvest, our pistachios are carefully prepared and packed in our resealable kraft pouch.
